With a colorful analog design the PAL BT is user-friendly compact and features a weather-resistant matte finish cabinet making it the perfect travel companion.

The 45W class D amplifier powers a full range neodymium driver. Tuned with a 56-bit DSP the PALBT offers dynamic sound supporting 24-bit stereo ADC and DAC making this small portable speaker powerful.

Connectivity

The PAL BT supports Bluetooth 5.0 FM radio and stereo headphone or auxiliary input - all powered by a built-in lithium-ion battery pack. The speaker offers 14+ hours of playback with a fast-charging USB-C port taking less then 3 hours for a full charge from 0-100%.

What if my product arrives damaged?

Please message us through ebay right away. Take pictures of the damage to the unit, packaging, and any associated shipping labels. Shipping damages must be reported within 2 business days of delivery.

What if my product is defective?

Eligible products that are deemed to be defective during our 30 day guarantee may be returned for a refund. We will provide a return label for defective returns. If the item is deemed not defective the cost of the return label will be deducted from the refund. If your item is defective and it is past the return window it will revert to the manufacture warranty. If this is the case we are happy to provide an authorized dealer receipt for warranty purposes.

Return Fees:

Freight & Oversize Return Fee: Items originally shipped via free scheduled delivery/specialty motor freight are not available to return. If it is damaged please send us an ebay message immediately with pics of the damage.

Restocking Fee: A partial refund will be given or the return may be refused in the event merchandise is not returned in its original condition or packaging, was previously installed, is missing parts, cables cut or terminated, has a missing or different serial number from the one shipped, or is damaged during return shipment due to improper packing.

Refused Shipments: Packages refused for any reason other than shipping damages will be subject to return fees. Packages should be received and then a return request opened in ebay if you would like to return an item.

Shipping We offer free shipping on all orders within the continental US. We do not offer expedited shipping. Please verify your shipping address prior to checkout as we are unable to make any changes once checkout is complete.

Most orders are processed by our warehouse within 1-2 business days. In-stock items are estimated to usually arrive within 3-9 business days (depending on the carrier and excluding holidays). Please keep in mind that adverse weather conditions, remote delivery locations and carrier delay could cause your actual delivery time to be slightly longer. Our warehouses, shipping carriers and customer contact center are closed on major holidays. Most packages will require an adult signature for delivery. You will receive an email confirmation of your order within 24 hours of placing your order and an additional email confirmation with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
